How do I figure out my ring size?
The best way is to go to your local jeweller and get professionally sized by them, as then you can get a proper feel for how the ring will sit and stay on your finger. Or, if you find me at a market, I usually have my ring sizers on me and I can size you for free in person!
The second best option is to get an adjustable ring sizer from my store. They’re free! Just pay postage x
A third option is to measure the inside (stressing on the inside) diameter of a ring that already fits you, OR measure the knuckle width of the finger you want to wear the ring on, then send me an email/DM with the measurement and I'll let you know what might fit. However if it is measured incorrectly and ends up being the wrong size, I cannot take responsibility for that. I definitely recommend the above options if you want to be certain about what size you need!
Do you have any stockists?
Yes! I currently stock a special selection of one-off pieces at the Hamilton Island Art Gallery, so if you’re ever there for a holiday or work, be sure to pop in and have a look!
Also, if you’re a store who might be keen on stocking some of my pieces, I’m always open for a chat as I’d love to have my stuff more easily available!
What's your refund & returns policy?
Keeping it real simple, I’m leaving it up to you guys to make sure you’ve ordered the correct ring/bracelet/necklace size. If you’ve ordered the wrong one, you can return the piece at your own expense and pick something else from the store, but I cannot offer a refund x (Please note the new piece must be of equal or higher value, and if higher the difference will need to be paid)
If a stone falls out, or I’ve missed a solder join on a chain, or something else happens to the piece due to my error, I’m happy to remake/repair the piece, offer a refund, or give you a credit to get something else :) If this happens, I ask that you return the piece to me so I can repurpose the stones and metal (I will pay for postage and e-mail the label to you). Just swing me an email or DM on instagram and we’ll sort it out :)
What's your shipping policy?
